Balakalakalaar:
Balakalakaar is an initiativ e taken up by the local office of AIESEC in Chandigarh0. This event targets families, corporate houses, schools, colleges and the Chandigarh youth in general. Through this campaign we intend to bring underprivileged children from tricity on a common platform wherein they are provided an opportunity to explore and showcase their creativity through art expression.
Empower:
“Empower” basically aims at encouraging diversity, by bringing together people from various parts of the world, belonging to different cultures, to introduce to students the idea of leadership, to infuse in them a sense of team spirit and competition, to increase their theoretical and practical knowledge and to have lots of fun. This shall help in opening doors to greater things to come. We aspire to open their eyes to cultures, diversity, opportunities in the world today and connect it the need of developing ethical leadership among youth.
Global Entrepreneurs Program:
Global Entrepreneurs Program is an initiative run by AIESEC India to develop young leaders through international internships. There are 4 type of internship:
1. Development Internship
2. Educational Interships
3. Management Internships
4. Technical Internships
Youth to Business Forum:
Youth to Business Forum will consist of panels, workshops and inter-generational focus groups attended by youth leaders, 20 business leaders and experts. The Forum aims to bridge the gap between Youth and Business by discussing and collaborating around main global trends affecting our society, educational system and the way we do business.
